Here are some ways you can stand up for mental health:
1. Talk about it - Talk about it with friends, family, co- workers, the community...everyone!. Help increase awareness and knowledge.
2. Share resources and phone numbers such as hotlines - Don't be afraid to share information, you'd be surprised how many people you can help by just merely sharing information and helpful phone numbers.
3. Join organizations and groups that help advocate for mental health.
